AP/AR OFFICE ASSISTANT
This position performs administrative accounting and office support activities to include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, accounts receivable/payable, create/maintain spreadsheets, and filing.
ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER
This position will estimate the work of projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. This position will oversee and coordinate various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are followed.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Basic functions:
- Operate the excavator/hoe and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Work with ground personnel in the excavation and installation process of laying pipe on line and grade.
- Ensure trench is excavated to the proper depth/grade. Conduct trench work, which meets OSHA requirements.
- Responsible for placement of water, storm and sanitary sewer pipe in the excavation.
- Cut grade with minimal time spent on excavating to ensure production is on schedule.
- Perform daily heavy equipment walk-around inspections and preventive maintenance responsibilities.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, and clean, lubricate and refill equipment as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have 3+ years heavy equipment operating experience. Ability to operate equipment under varying working conditions. Mechanical background a plus.
PIPELAYER/LABORER
We are growing!! We are looking for Pipelayers & General Laborers to join our fast growing, local, underground utility company right here in Bowling Green, KY!

You will be responsible for assessing the ground conditions, digging trenches, assembling pipes, and laying pipes in accordance with plans. You may also be required to remove old piping systems, seal joints, and install auxiliary lines.
Must have reliable transportation & cell phone for daily communication.
CDL DUMP TRUCK DRIVERS
Drives and operates tri-axle dump truck to transport and dump or spread loose materials including sand, gravel, asphalt, etc from plant to job site in a safe and efficient manner.
Minimum Requirements: 5 years Tri-Axle Dump Truck Experience.
TRACKHOE OPERATOR
Minimum Requirements:
Must have 3+ years TRACKHOE operating experience. Ability to operate equipment under varying working conditions. Mechanical background a plus.
JOB OPENINGS
HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC
We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our shop crew to perform skilled and semi-skilled work involved in the mechanical servicing, maintenance and repair of company's fleet of vehicles, equipment, and heavy construction equipment. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Travel to job sites as needed for equipment repairs. Hours are 6am - 5pm Monday thru Friday.
MECHANIC SHOP LABORER
Job Overview
The Shop Laborer will assist mechanics in performing maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment and various shop duties.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Helps mechanic perform maintenance and repairs such as tune-ups and oil change, checks tires and brakes, replaces spark plugs and engages in other similar tasks.
● Assists mechanics with electrical systems such as replacing batteries, starters, and lights.
● Cleans the shop and returns tools to proper location.
● Cleans the vehicles, trailers, equipment in for repairs.
● Maintains inventory of replacement parts and equipment.
● Inspects tools and equipment to ensure they are in working order.
● Updates maintenance and repair logs for vehicles.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
● Knowledge of vehicle repair.
● Excellent mechanical skills
● Ability to follow instructions.
● Ability to use power and hand tools.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to read service and repair manuals.

Physical Requirements
· Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
· Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
· Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in heat and cold.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT SHOP MANAGER
The shop manager will oversee and manage our mechanic shop including our mechanics’ day to day operations from start to finish. Maintaining repair parts inventory and not afraid to get dirty.
Travel to job sites as needed for equipment repairs.
Hours Monday to Friday with weekend availability as needed.
- Diagnoses, services and repairs various systems that are found on pieces of heavy equipment such as mechanical and computer electronic controls, air brake systems, transmissions, computer controlled automatic and 13 speed manual transmissions, high voltage generators, propane powered equipment, and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure that repairs and services to track drive sprockets, rails, idler wheels, hard bards, track adjusters, hydraulic reversers, final drives, brake bands, steering clutches and hydrostatic transmissions are being done.
- Fabricates, modifies, and installs special equipment or replacement parts.
- Performs inspections and ensures repairs are being completed on a variety of heavy equipment in the field.
- Maintains service logs and records of maintenance on vehicles and motorized equipment, using fleet maintenance and management software.
- Maintains inventory and orders fuel, parts, tools, equipment and supplies.
- Prepares work orders and cost materials estimates.
- Ensure that tools, equipment, and work area(s) are clean, organized and in good working conditions.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a diesel mechanic including experience in repairing and maintaining construction equipment and heavy trucks and working in the field at various job sites repairing and maintaining equipment and machinery.
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of basic heavy equipment standards and practices such as analytic and proactive approach to heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Must display a strong-minded attitude with accomplished communication and organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with our office and field operators/foreman.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, implement efficiencies in shop performance.
- Perform other related work as assigned.
